The Mill

All exterior concrete surfaces at The Mill Queenstown sports facility were acid washed to remove construction residue, leaching, and surface contaminants. After neutralisation and full drying, the concrete was treated with RTS No.3, a penetrating sealer designed to reduce water absorption and protect against staining while preserving the natural appearance of the concrete. The result is a clean, durable, low-maintenance finish suited to a high-traffic commercial environment.
